0024 Measures against bridging of easily accumulated dust

This is an introduction to the case study of the bridge breaker "Brodisk."

This is an introduction to the implementation case of the bridge breaker "Brodisk." Unlike other bridge breakers, it does not cause the powder particles to degas due to impacts or vibrations, which prevents blockages from becoming severe. It also does not damage the tank. If you are having trouble with powder particles, please consult us. 【Key Points of Our Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign matter contamination. The silicone disk of our equipment excels in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. We have published numerous implementation examples on our website. You can check them out via the link below.

0175 Bridge measures for dust collection (powder dust such as FeO and CaO)

Measures against bridging of dust such as FeO and CaO powder coming from the electric furnace!

We would like to introduce a case where our "Blow Disk" has solved the issue of bridging in dust collection systems. We installed the standard Blow Disk BD-15 in the lower hopper of the dust collector. It was reported that bridging occurred above the rotary valve of the discharge unit, so we installed a total of four units, one on each side of the square hopper. Additionally, we installed the C-SV4 controller (which can control up to 12 Blow Disks) to allow for future expansion of the Blow Disks. Please feel free to consult us regarding the discharge of powders from hoppers and silos, as well as troubleshooting flow issues. [Overview] ■ Installation Location: Outdoor ■ Dust Overview: Dust generated from electric furnaces, powders such as FeO and CaO * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. * Our website features numerous case studies, which can be accessed via the link below.
